Custom Hats, Jewellery, Prints and Returns

At THE HEART OF SOMETHING, we specialize in creating custom-made prints tailored to your preferences. Due to the unique and personalized nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges on any of our hats, jewlery and prints except for cases of damage during shipping.

Damaged Prints

If you receive a damaged hat, jewelry or print, please follow these steps:

Contact our customer support team within 7 days of receiving your order.
Provide clear photographic evidence of the damage.
We will verify the damage and, upon approval, send you a replacement print at no additional cost.

Cancellations

You have the option to cancel your order within 48h of placing it. However, please note that we initiate the production process shortly after an order is placed. We can only cancel orders that have not yet entered production.

Production Time

The production time for our custom hats, jewelry and prints may vary depending on the complexity of the order and current demand. Please refer to the product description or your order confirmation email for an estimated production timeframe.

Shipping

We offer shipping to the EU, UK, SWITZERLAND, CANADA and the USA. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are provided during the checkout process. Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate, as we cannot be held responsible for items shipped to an incorrect address.

Additionally, please note that we will handle the necessary customs paperwork for international shipments. While we strive to ensure a smooth and timely shipping process, we do not assume responsibility for any delays that may occur due to customs control or other regulatory processes in the destination country. Delays caused by customs or other authorities are beyond our control, and we appreciate your understanding in such cases.
